Anthem School
I have led the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the organization. This role has equipped me with well-rounded management expertise, including:
Website Management – Our site to showcase programs, promote events, classes, and application submittals.
Social Media Management – To foster online engagement, I handle content creation, posting schedules and community interaction across our Facebook, Instagram profiles.
Event Coordination – From our regional music workshops to conferences, I organize logistics, registration, and programming for events serving anywhere between 100-700 attendees.
Accreditation – I secured accreditation for ANTHEM through William Jessup University offering college credits.
Learning all these moving parts has sharpened my skills coordinating teams, managing projects, and communicating across platforms. Most importantly, it's allowed me to create developmental opportunities for rising artists.
Background
Anthem exists to equip the next generation of worship leaders, musicians and production teams to develop their unique gifts and talents for the kingdom of God, so their very lives become a song of praise.
Objective
Anthem is a nine-month worship training school located in San Jose, CA where students have the opportunity to encounter world-class leaders and mentors to help them develop their unique gifts and passions in order to maximize their effectiveness for the Kingdom of God. Anthem does this by: creating environments in which students can grow in their love for Jesus, develop the ability to lead themselves and others, and learn the skills required to effectively serve in worship ministry. We combine individual and group instruction, with an emphasis on critique and incremental improvement toward excellence.
Music Videos
I lent my production talents coordinating ANTHEM's first official music videos. The video features our artists soulfully performing. In the editing process, I worked closely with the director on reviewing cuts, making suggestions, and proofing final renderings to achieve our creative vision. Creating this music video’s development from storyboarding through post-production gave me invaluable experience on the visual media side to amplify our artists’ music. The music videos has elevated our ministry’s production value and touched over many viewers just months after release.
Lyric Videos
As part of my multifaceted leadership of ANTHEM, I employ my professional video editing expertise to advance our music and events. I edited engaging lyric videos visualizing 5 songs from ANTHEM’s newest album using purchased video stock footage. Layering compelling footage and graphics allows me to share my creative gifts to enhance our artists’ platform and touch even more lives through the worship music emerging from ANTHEM.
Accreditation
I secured college credit accreditation for ANTHEM's program through William Jessup University. This required extensive paperwork and discussions to meet WJU's standards.
ANTHEM is now an approved Extension Site where WJU students can earn credits while completing our real-world worship courses.
This accreditation opens our programs to more students looking to gain ministry skills and credentials. Securing official credits establishes our quality and viability as a worship arts training institute.
